He gave me a firm quote and written estimate with the discussed/requested specifications for the work to be done. The job was scheduled 1 week later . The workers came and painted my condo unit without any supervision from me. Carlos, the owner of the company, even worked on the job part of the time to make sure items we discussed were done to the specification that was requested. I did check on them but it was completely unnecessary. The guys were diligent and very professional. The work was done on time without any deviation from my original quote to my exact specifications. In fact they found and fixed some minor issues that I had not even noticed and did not even charge me for the extra work. I am very particular about the details of a contracting job like this and Carlos and his team delivered. I am VERY impressed with the quality and very pleased with the meticulous professional work. I wish all of my other contractors could be like these guys. I plan on using them again for my next painting project. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional high quality paint job.
